Service Nº 01 · An evening, plated · A note on what it actually is

A multi-course evening, cooked and plated and served, in your kitchen. You bring the people. I bring everything else — the menu, the timing, the playlist if you want one, the way the wine sits next to the plate. By the time I leave, there isn't much left for you to do.

What's included

  • Menu development around the season + your guests
  • Sourcing, prep, and on-site finishing
  • Plated service, course-by-course
  • BYOB pairing notes (or full wine consult on request)
  • Full kitchen cleanup before I leave
  • Optional dessert + coffee service

How it works

  1. We talk, ~20 minutes — the night, the people, dietary, vibe.
  2. I draft a 3–5 course menu shaped around it. You sign off.
  3. I shop, prep, and arrive 1.5–2 hours before service.
  4. You greet. I cook. We plate together if you want, or you sit and host.
  5. I leave the kitchen as I found it.
Best forThe shape of the night

Intimate evenings, anniversary nights, hosting without the load.

The version of having people over where you actually get to be there. Date-night threes. Birthday eights. Quiet ten-tops where everyone leaves having had a real meal and you didn't load a single plate into the dishwasher.

The setting she created was so romantic and perfect for a special night at home. Without even being asked, she took the time to entertain our toddler so we could relax and enjoy our meal together. Cleanup was quick and effortless — the perfect ending to an already amazing evening.
