Hands at work demonstrating a technique Photo Nº 05 — Cooking class
Service Nº 05 · Hands and heat · A note on what it actually is

I'll teach you a specific dish or walk you through how I think about a season. Hands-on or demo-style. Group or private. Standalone or built into an evening. You leave with the recipes and a meal already cooked.

What's included

  • Pre-class menu + ingredient list
  • All ingredients + tools (or use your own)
  • 90-minute hands-on or 60-minute demo
  • Recipe cards to take home
  • Tasting + dinner together at the end
  • Optional: wine pairing notes

How it works

  1. Pick a focus — a dish, a technique, a region, a season.
  2. I shop and show up with everything you'll need.
  3. We cook together, or I demo and you watch.
  4. We sit and eat what we made.
  5. You leave with the recipes and the muscle memory.
Best forThe shape of the lesson

Date nights, group celebrations, team building, real learning.

The version of a cooking class where you actually learn something — not the assembly-line "everyone makes their own pasta" experience. We pick something specific, we work through it, and you can do it again on Tuesday.
